Tunisian Citizen's Body to be Repatriated After Fatal Shooting by French Police
Chokri Dahech, director of the "Euro Maghreb" radio station in Marseille, confirmed on Friday that the body of Tunisian citizen Abdelkader Dhieb, killed by French police in Marseille, is expected to arrive in Tunisia tonight at 6:00 PM.
As a guest on the "Sabah El Ward" show on Mosaïque FM, Dahech explained that the repatriation procedures were carried out quickly thanks to the efforts of the Tunisian authorities. He also indicated that the case file was closed by the French authorities yesterday. However, Dahech assured that a complaint to be filed today by several Tunisian lawyers in Marseille regarding the death of the Tunisian citizen will reopen the case for a new examination.
