Despite Progress, Dysfunctions Persist
Although progress has been made, dysfunctions sometimes occur, frustrating those who are affected by them. This is all the more regrettable - and above all, more detrimental - when it comes to a service that affects the entire community. It is in this context that grain producers are complaining about the lack of selected seeds, despite the assurances they have received. Hopefully, this situation will be resolved as soon as possible and that in the future, adequate arrangements will be made.
