A Bad Habit Persists in Both Independent Workers and Companies
There is a bad habit that persists among both independent workers and companies, a habit that has been passed down from the past and seems impossible to eradicate: never finishing a job.
This was evident after workers repaired a water pipe near the Sncft train station in Tunis. Instead of properly repaving the area, they simply filled the trench with sand and piled the removed paving stones in a heap. This task would not have required a significant amount of time or effort.
This is not the first time such incidents have been observed and reported, but it seems like a futile effort to address the issue.
