School Run Chaos: A Lesson in Patience and Responsibility
Since the start of the new school year, the usual chaos has resumed around schools, colleges, and high schools. The areas surrounding these institutions are congested with vehicles belonging to parents dropping off their children before heading to work. As everyone arrives at the same time and parks in front of the school gate, it's a chaotic scene with all the attendant problems. Sometimes, this chaos escalates into disturbing behavior, all under the watchful eyes of children who are left bewildered by such actions. Is this really the model we want to teach our children?
However, it's easy to avoid all these troubles by arriving a little earlier and parking upstream or downstream of the schools. It's not rocket science. By doing so, we can set a better example for our kids and promote a more responsible and patient attitude.
