Weather Forecast for Friday Morning
Temporary thunderstorms are expected in the eastern regions of the country on Friday morning.
- The storms may be heavy in the northeast and locally in the Sahel region.
- Afterwards, passing clouds will affect most areas, becoming denser later in the day and during the night over the northern regions, bringing scattered showers, according to the National Meteorological Institute (INM).
Wind
- Winds will blow from the west.
- They will be relatively strong along the coast and weak to moderate inland.
- A strengthening of the wind is possible during thunderstorm episodes.
Sea State
- The sea will be very rough in the north and in the Gulf of Hammamet.
- It will be rough along the rest of the coastline, with only slight agitation elsewhere.
Temperatures
- Temperatures will remain generally stable.
- Daily maximums will typically range between 20 °C and 25 °C.
- In the higher elevations of the western area, highs will be around 18 °C.
