Tunisia to Experience Progressive Evolution of Weather Conditions

Tunisia will witness a progressive evolution of weather conditions throughout the day, marked by a partially cloudy sky becoming locally very cloudy in the afternoon over the western regions of the north and center, according to the bulletin published by the National Institute of Meteorology.

Expected Weather Conditions

Scattered and temporarily stormy rains are expected in the late afternoon over these areas, before affecting the eastern regions during the night.
This instability is expected to be accompanied by a significant strengthening of winds.
The wind will blow from the southwest, being relatively strong near the coasts and on the heights, and moderate elsewhere initially.
However, it will gradually strengthen in the late afternoon and during the night over most regions.
Local sandstorm phenomena are also expected in the south of the country.

Marine Conditions

The conditions at sea will be particularly difficult, with agitated to very agitated seas in the north and very agitated seas on the rest of the coasts.
This calls for vigilance, especially for maritime activities and navigation.

Temperatures
