The National Meteorological Institute has announced a partly cloudy sky with scattered showers expected in the southern regions of the country during the morning.

Regional Weather Conditions

  • The southern regions can expect partly cloudy skies with scattered showers during the morning.
  • The rest of the regions will experience partly cloudy skies, with a progressive densification of clouds near the northwestern coast, accompanied by light to intermittent local rainfall.
  • The wind will be blowing from the north in the northern and central regions, and from the east in the southern regions. It will be relatively strong to strong near the north coast and in the southern regions, where local sandstorm phenomena are also expected. Elsewhere, the winds will be light to moderate.
  • The sea will be rough to very rough along the north coast, and slightly rough to choppy along the rest of the coastline.

Temperature and Wind Conditions

  • Temperatures will experience a slight drop. Maximum temperatures will range from 22 to 27 degrees Celsius in the north, coastal regions, and highlands, and from 28 to 33 degrees Celsius in the other regions. Temperatures may reach 36 degrees Celsius in the extreme south of the country.
  • The wind conditions will be as follows:
    • Northern and central regions: north wind
    • Southern regions: east wind
    • North coast: relatively strong to strong winds
    • Southern regions: relatively strong to strong winds with local sandstorm phenomena
    • Rest of the regions: light to moderate winds
