Weather Forecast Predicts Gradual Spread of Rainfall from South to North
According to a climatologist's predictions, several regions in Tunisia can expect weather disturbances starting tonight, with moderate rainfall gradually spreading from the south to the north.
Professor Amer Bahba, a geography teacher and climatologist, announced during his appearance on Jawhara FM on Thursday that the country will experience a progressive deterioration in weather conditions starting tonight.
The disturbances are expected to first affect the southwestern part of the country, particularly the governorates of Tozeur, Gafsa, and Kébili, before spreading to the southeastern regions, including Médenine, Tataouine, and Gabès.
The phenomenon is then expected to reach the central-western regions, including Kasserine and Sidi Bouzid, as well as the eastern regions in the direction of Sfax and the Sahel. The disturbances will gradually progress towards the northern part of the country.
These weather conditions will be accompanied by moderate rainfall, with a persistence expected until Friday and Saturday.
