Volleyball Match Between ESS and EST Interrupted Due to Incident
The volleyball match between Étoile Sportive du Sahel (ESS) and Espérance Sportive de Tunis (EST), counting for the 4th day of the playoff phase, was interrupted following an incident involving an Espérance player. According to Monem Ben Ali, a member of the Tunisian federation, the interruption occurred after player Mohamed Ben Youssef was hit by a projectile from the stands, requiring his immediate transfer to a medical facility. At the time of the stoppage, Étoile du Sahel was leading two sets to one: 1st set: 23-25 2nd set: 32-30 3rd set: 25-17 The match was interrupted in the fourth set, with Espérance leading 20-19.
