Moez Chargui, a Tunisian tennis player, was eliminated from the Vicence Challenger tournament in Italy after losing to Swiss player Rémy Bertola in the round of 16. The match ended with a score of 1-2 (2-6, 6-3, 3-6) in favor of Bertola.
This marks the second consecutive victory for Rémy Bertola over Moez Chargui, following their previous encounter on April 6th in the round of 16 of the Monza tournament in Italy, where Bertola won 2 sets to 0.
Moez Chargui had previously secured a single victory against Rémy Bertola on March 26th, 2023, in the first round of the qualifications for the San Remo tournament in Italy.
The Vicence tournament, which took place on clay courts, offered a prize money of approximately €98,000.
