National Program "CAP EMPLOIS" Supports Business Competitiveness and Job Creation
The national program "CAP EMPLOIS", under the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training, has introduced a new financing line aimed at supporting business competitiveness, encouraging private initiative, and promoting job creation.
Key Features of the Program
- The program offers credits of up to 200,000 dinars, combining honor loans and bank financing, as well as targeted support for project owners and entrepreneurs.
- The program addresses three main profiles: individuals seeking to create a project, those planning to expand an existing activity, and project owners in need of working capital.

Financing Conditions
- Honor loans are interest-free and require no guarantees.
- BTS credits are subject to a 10% interest rate.
- Repayment conditions vary depending on the type of financing:
- 12 years with a 7-year grace period for loans related to project creation or expansion.
- 5 years with a 3-year grace period for working capital loans.
