Tunisian swimmer Sara Ben Ahmed has been crowned world champion in the 1000-meter open water event, after winning the gold medal at the World Finswimming Championship held in the city of Al-Alamein, Egypt. This new international achievement enriches Tunisia's sports record and raises its flag high, announced the Tunisian National Olympic Committee (CNOT) on its official Facebook page on Thursday, October 9, 2025.
