According to the annual international ranking published by Stanford University (United States), Tunisian professor Habiba Ezzahi Ben Romdhane is among the 2% most influential scientists in the world for the year 2025.

Biography and Achievements
Former Minister of Health and Professor of Preventive Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of Tunis, Habiba Ezzahi Ben Romdhane also directs a research laboratory on epidemics and cardiovascular diseases. She is also an expert with the World Health Organization (WHO). A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of Tunis, she pursued her training in public health at Laval University (Canada) and the University of Chicago (United States). Her exemplary scientific career has earned her several distinctions, including the Prize of the Maghreb Association of Medical Sciences. She is also a founding member of numerous Tunisian and international learned societies, including the Tunisian Epidemiology Society and the International Epidemiology and Prevention of Cardiovascular Diseases Society.
