Meeting Between Tunisian Diplomatic Academy and Libyan Foreign Ministry Delegation
A meeting was held last Thursday between Riyadh Dridi, General Director responsible for the management of the International Diplomatic Academy of Tunis, and a delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Libyan National Unity Government, to discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation in diplomatic training.
According to a press release published on Friday by the media platform of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Migration, and Tunisians Abroad, the Libyan delegation included:
- Abdel Hakim Gheith, Director of Administration and Finance within the ministry
- Khaled Abdel Salam Abou Khreis, Director of the Libyan Institute of Diplomatic Studies
The meeting was also attended by Mustapha Gdara, the Libyan Ambassador to Tunisia.

- Signing of a Cooperation Protocol: Both parties are set to sign a draft protocol of cooperation between the International Diplomatic Academy of Tunis and the Libyan Institute of Diplomatic Studies.
- French‑Language Training Session: Plans were made to organize a French‑language training session for a group of Libyan diplomats.
These initiatives aim to deepen diplomatic ties and enhance the professional development of diplomats from both nations.
