Recovery Operation of Three State-Owned Agricultural Lands
A recovery operation of three state-owned agricultural lands was carried out on Thursday, October 23, 2025, in the localities of Al Ansarine (two plots) and Borj Khalsi (one plot), in the governorate of Manouba.
According to the regional commission for monitoring state-owned agricultural lands, these lands, with a total area of 30 hectares, were returned to the State following the execution of three eviction decisions. These decisions were motivated by the illegal exploitation of the plots by third parties and the non-compliance with rural lease clauses.
The commission specifies that the first plot, located in Tebourba, covers 13 hectares, while the other two, located in Al Ansarine, cover a total of 17 hectares.
