Money Market Average Rate (TMM) Stabilizes at 7.49% for Third Consecutive Month

The Money Market Average Rate (TMM) stabilized at 7.49% in November 2025, for the third consecutive month, according to data recently published by the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT).

In fact, the TMM has shown a downward trend since the beginning of the year, dropping from 7.99% in January and February 2025 to 7.91% in March 2025, and then declining to 7.50% during the period from April to August, before stabilizing at 7.49% in September, October, and November 2025.

It's worth noting that the TMM is at its lowest level since January 2023.

As a reminder, the TMM is heavily influenced by the evolution of the BCT's key interest rate, which was revised downward by 50 basis points in March 2025, from 8% to 7.5%.
