General Tax Directorate (DGI) Announces October Tax Deadline Calendar
The General Tax Directorate (DGI) announced on Wednesday the calendar of tax deadlines for the month of October, setting four deadline dates for payment obligations concerning individuals, companies, and corporations.
Key Deadlines
- October 16: Deadline for submitting the monthly declaration for individuals, as well as for taxpayers subject to the flat-rate regime and affiliated with the real regime.
- October 20: Deadline for the monthly declaration of legal entities registered in the remote declaration and payment system.
- October 28: Deadline for legal entities not subject to this system to submit their monthly declaration.
Important Reminder
The DGI reminded taxpayers that these dates correspond to the last day of the legal deadline and not the only authorized day for submission. It strongly encourages taxpayers to anticipate their declarations to avoid congestion in finance offices and alleviate the burden on computer platforms.
