Rejection of Release Request and Postponement of Hearing
The specialized criminal chamber for financial corruption cases at the Tunis Court of First Instance has rejected the request for release of Ennahdha movement leader and former Transport Minister, Abdelkrim Harouni, businessman Mohamed Frikha, and two executives of a national oil company.
According to Diwan Fm, the same jurisdiction has decided to postpone the hearing until next November.
