Weather Forecast for Sunday, September 21
The weather on this Sunday, September 21, will be marked by a partially overcast sky, becoming sometimes very cloudy, with scattered rains expected on the southern and central coastal regions. The National Institute of Meteorology (INM) also announces the formation of local thunderstorm cells accompanied by showers in the afternoon, mainly over the western areas of the country.
Wind and Sea Conditions
According to INM forecasts, winds will blow from the southern sector over the north and center, and from the eastern sector over the south. They will be relatively strong near the northern coasts and in the Gulf of Hammamet, and weak to moderate elsewhere. Gusts that can occasionally exceed 60 km/h are expected during thunderstorm passages. The sea will be rough in the north and in the Gulf of Hammamet, while it will be slightly agitated to locally choppy on the rest of the coasts.
Temperature Expectations
Maximum temperatures will generally vary between 31 and 35 °C, while they will not exceed 29 °C on the eastern coastal regions and in the heights of the west.
