Official Visit to Egypt
The Head of Government, Sara Zaafrani Zenzeri, will be making an official visit to Egypt on September 10 and 11, on behalf of President of the Republic Kaïs Saïed. She will co-chair, alongside Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, the 18th session of the Tunisian-Egyptian High Joint Commission.
According to official statements, the holding of this session highlights the privileged relations between the two countries and the common will of Presidents Kaïs Saïed and Abdel Fattah al-Sissi to raise bilateral cooperation to a higher level, responding to the interests of both nations and the aspirations of their peoples.
This meeting will be marked by the signing of cooperation agreements, memoranda of understanding, and executive programs in several strategic areas.
On the sidelines of the meeting, Egypt will also host the Tunisian-Egyptian Economic Forum, bringing together many investors from both countries with the aim of strengthening economic and social partnerships.
The Head of Government is accompanied by a large delegation, including:
- The Minister of Economy and Planning, Samir Abdelhafidh
- The Minister of Trade and Export Development, Samir Abid
- Several high-ranking officials from the Presidency of the Government and various ministries, including:

This visit is expected to further strengthen the ties between Tunisia and Egypt, and to promote cooperation in key areas of mutual interest.
