Former MP Rached Khiari, from the dissolved Parliament, was released on Saturday, November 22, 2025, after serving his full prison sentence. This information was confirmed by his lawyer, Samir Ben Amor, in a post shared on Facebook.

According to the decisions made by the correctional chamber of the Court of Appeal in Tunis, Rached Khiari was involved in two cases where he was prosecuted for harming others through social media.
