Civil Society Activist Karim Arfa Inaugurates Bridge in Rural Siliana
Civil society activist Karim Arfa inaugurated Bridge No. 11 in a rural area of the El Krib delegation, under the governorate of Siliana, on Tuesday.
Key Features of the Bridge

- Construction time: 45 days The construction of the bridge aims to facilitate the movement of residents, particularly students, who faced significant obstacles during the winter season. The crossing of wadis (rivers) was a major challenge, preventing several children from accessing their schools and sometimes leading to their dropout from school.
Impact on the Local Community
According to Karim Arfa, the locals had requested the construction of this infrastructure, which has become essential for the development of the area. The project has generated great satisfaction among the affected families and students. However, Arfa noted that many areas in the Northwest remain lacking in such infrastructure, calling for the construction of new bridges to ensure better connectivity and improve the living conditions of residents.
