Tunisia's Revenue Surpasses 12.7 Billion Dinars in First Nine Months of 2025
The total revenue generated from labor income and tourism receipts exceeded 12.7 billion dinars during the first nine months of 2025, according to statistical data published on Friday by the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT).
In fact, cumulative labor income increased by 8% to nearly 6.5 billion dinars by the end of September 2025, compared to the same date in 2024, while tourism receipts grew by 8.2% to 6.2 billion dinars during the same period.
Regarding external debt services, they slightly decreased by 3.7%, from 10.9 billion dinars on September 30, 2024, to 10.5 billion dinars currently.
As for net foreign exchange assets, they stood at 24.2 billion dinars (105 days of imports) as of October 2, 2025, compared to 25.3 billion dinars (114 days of imports) a year earlier.
Moreover, the BCT's statistics revealed a 15.3% increase in circulating banknotes and coins, reaching 25.5 billion dinars.
