President of the People's Representatives Assembly Receives Education Counselors and Non-Contractual Supervisors
The President of the People's Representatives Assembly (ARP), Brahim Bouderbala, received on Friday at the Bardo Palace, representatives of education counselors and non-contractual supervisors who opposed the results of the recruitment contest within the Ministry of Education for the year 2021, according to the ARP's statement.
Opposition to Recruitment Results
After submitting their files to the President of the Parliament, the education counselors and supervisors stated that they had been "victims of injustice" and "not treated fairly", citing "abuses and irregularities in this contest". They lamented their exclusion from recruitment in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 403 of 2025, dated September 1, 2025, regarding the integration of agents responsible for supervising and accompanying students in public schools and high schools.
Call for Intervention
The representatives of the education counselors and supervisors called on the President of the ARP to intervene with the Presidency of the Government and the Ministry of Education to find a solution to their files.
Commitment to Educational Reform
Bouderbala emphasized the legislative function's willingness to fully assume its role within the framework of its prerogatives fixed by the Constitution and to contribute to the reform of the educational sector with all its components, including student supervision and accompaniment in the school environment.
