Arab Union for Administrative Justice Assembly
The General Assembly of the Arab Union for Administrative Justice, held on November 19 in Cairo, decided to adopt the fifth point regarding the procedures for the transition ceremony of the Union's presidency to the Administrative Court of Tunis for its fifth session (2026/2027).
According to a statement published by the Union on the official Facebook page of the Administrative Court, the First President of the Administrative Court, Abdessalem El Mahdi Ben Saïd Karraysea, expressed his aspiration to develop the activity of the Arab Union for Administrative Justice. He aims to achieve this by strengthening cooperation between member states for the exchange of experiences and visits between judges, as well as by consolidating mutual communication.
He also welcomed the recommendations from the fourth International Conference, titled "The Future of Administrative Justice in the Face of Artificial Intelligence Challenges: A Comparative Reading between International Experiences and Arab Reality." These recommendations emphasize the need to leverage the experience of advanced Arab countries in this field and to help other Arab countries progress and develop.
