Atmospheric Depression to Bring Heavy Rainfall to Several Tunisian Regions This Weekend
According to geography expert Amer Bhaba, a low-pressure system is expected to bring heavy rainfall to several regions in Tunisia over the upcoming weekend, accompanied by a significant drop in temperatures.
Speaking on Diwan Fl, Amer Bhaba specified that the precipitation is forecasted for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with increased activity in the northwest and western highlands of the country.
According to him, the peak of this disturbance is expected on Saturday, particularly in northern Tunisia and the western mountainous regions. Coastal areas in the east, such as Nabeul, the Sahel, and Sfax, may also be affected.
The specialist also announced a drop in temperatures, particularly in the northern part of the country, where maximum temperatures may fall below 20 degrees Celsius due to the influence of a cold air mass.
