Declared Investments in Service Activities Increased by 51.5% in 2025
Declared investments in service activities increased by 51.5% in 2025, reaching 1,687.8 million dinars (MD). Similarly, the number of declared projects rose from 11,402 in 2024 to 15,283 in 2025, promoting the creation of 58,720 jobs (compared to 34,926 in 2024), according to the Bulletin of Economic Trends published by the Agency for the Promotion of Industry and Innovation (APII) on Wednesday.
Investments in Services Oriented Towards the Local Market
Investments in services oriented towards the local market are estimated at 1,644 MD in 2025, which should ensure the creation of 14,081 projects and 55,477 new jobs.
Investments in Totally Export-Oriented Service Activities
The value of declared investments in totally export-oriented service activities did not exceed 43.9 MD, with a total of 1,202 projects and 3,243 declared jobs.
Tunisian Investments in Service Activities
It is worth noting that declared investments in service activities by Tunisians in 2025 represent 92% of the total declared investments.
Projects with Foreign Participation
Regarding the number of projects with foreign participation in 2025, it increased by 11.3% to 1,566 projects, mobilizing investments of around 134 MD.
