TUNISAIR Board of Directors Announces General Assembly Meeting
The Board of Directors of TUNISAIR recently announced that it will hold the Ordinary General Assembly of the Company on December 30, 2025. During this meeting, members will be required to approve the results of the individual activity and that of the TUNISAIR group for the 2022 fiscal year.
According to a statement published on the Tunis Stock Exchange website, the Ordinary General Assembly will also review the Reports of the Auditors on the individual and consolidated financial statements for the year 2022.
Additionally, the Board of Directors of the national carrier will hold an Extraordinary General Assembly on the same day to deliberate on the decision to continue the company's activity.
