International Conference on Global Disruption: LIGUE 2025

The Interdisciplinary Laboratory for University-Business Management (LIGUE - ISCAE, University of Manouba), a leading laboratory in management sciences in Tunisia, is organizing the 9th edition of its international conference on the challenges of global disruption and its impact on businesses, administrations, and associations. The event will take place on November 28-29, 2025, at the IACE, Berges du Lac, Tunis.

Building on Previous Success

Following the success of previous editions and the fruitful collaboration between researchers, practitioners, and civil society actors, the scientific committee of this 9th edition invites management science experts to debate the tensions between sustainability, governance, geopolitical requirements, and the mutation of organizational models.

Integrating Sustainability and Social Responsibility

Since the Kyoto Protocol (1997) to the 2030 Agenda, organizations have faced increasing pressure to integrate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability into their strategies. However, these challenges go beyond the economic sphere and rely on shared responsibility among actors, institutions, and citizens. In an unstable geopolitical context, marked by the return of protectionism and unilateral strategies qualified as a "global disruption doctrine," organizations must innovate and demonstrate resilience to reconcile performance, responsibility, and adaptation.

Conference Highlights

The LIGUE 2025 conference (LIC'25) will offer a space for exchange on contemporary economic, social, and environmental mutations. It will feature interventions from renowned international speakers, including:
