Tunis Bans Sacrifice in Apartments and on Rooftops During Eid al-Adha
The municipality of Tunis announced on Friday, May 22, that it is strictly prohibited to slaughter any type of sacrifice during Eid al-Adha within apartments and on the rooftops of buildings.
In a statement, the municipality emphasized the need to reserve designated spaces for residents to perform the sacrifice in the most favorable and optimal conditions during the holy festival of Eid al-Adha.
The municipality has designated the following markets for the slaughter:
- Central Market
- Cité El Khadra Market
- Cité Ibn Khaldoun 1 Market
- Sidi Sridak Market at Hafsia
These markets have been officially set up and made available for the slaughter.
