The crisis unit brings together all relevant municipal services and ensures a 7-day presence to guarantee optimal responsiveness. To report any incidents or obtain information, residents can call the single hotline number 1807 throughout the week. Outside administrative hours, the municipality also provides the number 71 571 198 to ensure continuous assistance.

In this unstable context, municipal authorities urge citizens to exercise extreme caution. It is strongly recommended to avoid taking shelter or parking vehicles near trees or power poles, which are particularly vulnerable to gusts.

This mobilization follows alerts from the National Meteorological Institute. According to the bulletin published on Thursday, winds are expected to blow at speeds of 60 to 80 km/h, with temporary gusts reaching up to 100 km/h. These extreme conditions primarily affect the mountainous regions and coastal areas in the north of the country.
