In a statement, Hamas declared: "The Movement announces its agreement to release all prisoners of the Occupation, whether alive or dead, according to the exchange formula contained in President Trump's proposal, provided that the conditions on the ground are met for the exchange operation." The statement confirmed Hamas' willingness to "immediately enter into negotiations via mediators to discuss the details."
Trump's Plan
The plan, unveiled on Monday and approved by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, calls for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip once both parties to the conflict agree. This would be followed by the release of all hostages being held in the Gaza Strip and hundreds of Palestinian prisoners.

- The disarmament of Hamas
- The departure of Hamas fighters from the Gaza Strip to other countries
- The management of Gaza by a Palestinian committee of technocrats and international experts, under the supervision of a council chaired by President Trump, which includes former British Prime Minister Tony Blair as a member
- The gradual withdrawal of the Israeli entity from the enclave, while maintaining a "security zone"
