Qatar Airways Announces Limited Rescue Flights Amid Regional Situation
Qatar Airways announced on X that, starting this Thursday, it will operate a limited number of rescue flights to assist travelers stranded because of the current situation in the region.
Planned routes
- Muscat → London‑Heathrow
- Muscat → Berlin
- Muscat → Copenhagen
- Muscat → Madrid
- Muscat → Rome
- Muscat → Amsterdam
In addition, a Riyadh → Frankfurt flight will be added to the rescue schedule.
The airline also stressed that the suspension of departures from Qatar will remain in force as long as the country's airspace stays closed.
