Transavia France Renews Partnership with Tunisian National Tourism Office (ONTT)
Transavia France, the low-cost subsidiary of the Air France KLM group, has renewed its partnership with the Tunisian National Tourism Office (ONTT). On this occasion, the company announces the strengthening of its winter offer to Tunisia with 16 routes, including a new route: Toulouse - Tunis. For summer 2026, the company will offer over 650,000 seats to meet tourist and affinity demand. As the leading operator between the two countries, Transavia positions itself as a major partner for the destination, which aims to attract 2 million French visitors by 2030.
The CEO of Transavia France, Olivier Mazzucchelli, signed the renewal of the partnership on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the Tunisia stand at the IFTM trade show in Paris. The ONTT was represented by its General Director, Mohamed Mehdi Haloui, in the presence of the Minister of Tourism and Crafts, Soufiane Tekaya.
The low-cost company has announced significant development in Tunisia with nearly 10% more seats this winter compared to 2024. In total, Transavia will operate 16 routes between France and the "little pearl of the Maghreb", including a new route:
- Toulouse - Tunis: 1 flight per week (Sunday), from €64 one way, with the first flight on October 26, 2025. Transavia will serve five Tunisian destinations: Tunis will be accessible from Toulouse (new), Paris-Orly, Nantes, Lyon, Montpellier, Marseille, and Nice. Djerba will be connected to Paris-Orly, Nantes, Lyon, and Marseille. Direct flights to Monastir will be operated from Paris-Orly, Nantes, and Lyon, while Sfax and Tozeur will be accessible from Paris.
For summer 2026, Transavia will add a new route:
- Montpellier - Djerba: 1 flight per week (Monday), from €69 one way, with the first flight on April 20, 2026. "We are very happy to have renewed our partnership with the ONTT.
