Teenager Drowns in Tragic Accident at Korba Beach

A 17-year-old boy lost his life in a tragic drowning accident on Saturday at the Korba beach in the Nabeul governorate. Two other young individuals were rescued by civil protection units.

According to initial reports, the victim, a resident of the Gobbet Lagha region under the Korba delegation, was swimming with a group of friends when strong waves made the situation in the sea increasingly difficult.

Civil protection units rushed to the scene in response to the emergency. Two young individuals were rescued and taken to the local Korba hospital for necessary medical attention.

Despite the efforts of rescue teams, the third young individual did not survive and succumbed to drowning.
