Joint Report on Agricultural and Productive Sectors

Simplification of Procedures
This measure, currently under study, would simplify procedures for citizens while maintaining the obligation to obtain prior authorization for the realization of works, reports Mosaïque Fm. The report was presented during a joint plenary session held on Sunday, November 23, 2025, dedicated to examining the budget of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Implementation of Regulatory Texts
The report also specifies that the ministry is advancing in the implementation of the application texts of Article 81 of the 2025 Finance Law, concerning the regularization of anarchic wells and the new procedures governing their compliance. This development aims to address the issue of unauthorized water extraction and promote a more regulated and sustainable use of water resources.
