Three Industrial Units of Sino-Italian Company to Launch Operations in Monastir Technological Pole
Three industrial units belonging to a Sino-Italian company specializing in the manufacture and packaging of cosmetic products will start operating in the Monastir technological pole from mid-November. These units, part of the Chinese MYC group, cover respective areas of 2,344 m², 4,580 m², and 2,844 m². They are expected to create around 300 jobs at launch, including technicians, executives, and workers, with possibilities for progressive expansion depending on production evolution. The Governor of Monastir, Issa Moussa, received the Chinese investor, owner of the group, accompanied by the general manager of the local subsidiary, to review the progress of the projects and examine solutions to potential difficulties encountered. This meeting is part of the efforts made by regional authorities to support investment, accompany investors, and lift administrative and technical obstacles that may hinder their activities. The discussions also focused on the prospects for industrial cooperation in the Monastir governorate and the investment opportunities offered by the technological pole.
