On December 10, 2025, the Investment Facility for Employment (IFE) signed three new financing agreements aimed at supporting investment projects in Tunisia. These partnerships, concluded with the project carriers concerned, are expected to create 1,729 jobs across several sectors. The selected projects cover the cosmetic industry, digital services, and industrial development.

Cosmetic Industry: SATEM

SATEM, a company specializing in the manufacture of cosmetic and hygiene products, will build a new factory to increase its production capacity. The project, with a total amount of €7.7 million, is supported by a €1 million subsidy from the IFE, with the remainder guaranteed by the company. It will create 150 quality jobs.

In the technology sector, ACTIA Engineering Services, an IT service provider operating in international markets, is investing €5.49 million in the construction of a new building in Sfax.
