US President Donald Trump Announces Global Agreement Between Israeli Occupation and Hamas
US President Donald Trump announced on Monday, at the Sharm el-Sheikh summit, the signing of a global document concerning the agreement between the Israeli Occupation and the Hamas resistance movement.
Signatories to the Ceasefire Agreement
Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey signed a document with Trump related to the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, during the international summit hosted by Egypt in the resort town of Sharm el-Sheikh.
Trump's Remarks
Trump expressed his gratitude to his Egyptian counterpart, Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, "who leads a nation with a 6,000-year-old civilization," according to his words. He also particularly thanked Qatar for its efforts and its Emir, "an incredible leader," as well as the Turkish President, "whose country has one of the best armies in the world."
