Embassy of the Republic of Tunisia in Abu Dhabi Honors Emirati Sports Commentator
The Embassy of the Republic of Tunisia in Abu Dhabi organized a ceremony on Sunday in honor of Emirati sports commentator Amer Abdallah, who was praised by the Tunisian public for his remarkable commentary on the match between Tunisia and Brazil. His intervention, widely shared on social media, was perceived as a tribute to Tunisia and sparked numerous thank-you reactions from Tunisians.
On this occasion, the embassy entrusted the media coverage of the event to Amine Sahraoui, one of the most followed Tunisian influencers within the Tunisian community in the United Arab Emirates. He indicated that a video retracing the highlights of the meeting will soon be published on his platforms.
According to the embassy, this initiative aims not only to honor a media figure who has enhanced the image of Tunisia but also to highlight the role of Tunisian content creators in promoting the country and strengthening ties with the diaspora.
