Tunisian Court Postpones Trial of Businessman Adel Jenayah

Yesterday, Monday, November 17, 2025, the specialized criminal chamber for financial corruption cases at the Court of First Instance in Tunis postponed the trial of businessman Adel Jenayah, who specializes in copper exports, to January 5 next year. The case involves suspicions of financial and administrative corruption. The accused was released from prison to attend the hearing. His lawyer requested an additional delay to prepare his defense.
