Meeting to Evaluate Digitalization of Administrative Work and Online Services
A working meeting was held on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at the Ministry of Equipment and Housing to monitor and evaluate the digitalization of administrative work and the implementation of online services. Presided over by Minister Salah Zouari, this session focused on assessing the effectiveness and performance of the online services portal, which offers 16 administrative services, including those related to granting licenses for construction and public works companies.
Evaluation of Administrative Services
The meeting allowed for an evaluation of the administrative service's effectiveness in obtaining licenses for construction companies. The goal is to simplify procedures for users, eliminate the need for them to travel to the ministry, and facilitate control over human, material, and financial resources for license holders.
Recommendations for Improvement
The minister recommended continuing to develop this service, which was launched nearly a year ago, to correct any potential gaps and improve the services provided to citizens. He also emphasized the need to launch information and awareness campaigns for professionals to encourage them to use this service. This initiative is part of the national strategy for digitalizing administrative services and aims to ensure greater transparency and efficiency in the execution of public projects.
Progress of Digitalization of Other Services
The progress of digitalizing other services was also examined. Participants discussed ways to improve them and resolve pending issues, in coordination with the various stakeholders, with the aim of launching them as soon as possible.
