National Defense Minister Khaled Shili Decorates Civilian Agents and Officials
The National Defense Minister, Khaled Shili, presided over an official ceremony yesterday evening, Monday, at the Officers' Club in Tunis, where he decorated several civilian agents and officials working within the Ministry with the Order of Work. This distinction was awarded in recognition of their efforts and diligence in accomplishing their missions alongside their military colleagues.
Minister's Speech
In his speech, the National Defense Minister stated, according to a ministry statement, that this distinction is a culmination of the efforts and perseverance they have demonstrated in their work, as well as the values, principles, sense of responsibility, and commitment to preserving the specificities of the Military Institution, which are qualities they share with their military colleagues. He wished them further success and achievement in their work, so that they may continue their noble mission with the same enthusiasm, sense of sacrifice, discipline, and selflessness.
Ministry's Commitment to Civilian Agents and Officials
The Minister also emphasized that the Ministry will continue to organize training sessions, professional development, and internships for the benefit of civilian agents and officials. These initiatives aim to develop their skills, motivate them to redouble their efforts, improve their knowledge, and adequately prepare them for career advancement. He added that the Ministry is also committed to providing them with more social and health support.
