Minister of Health Visits Samsung Intelligent Hospital in Seoul
On the sidelines of his participation in the 4th World Biotechnology Summit, to be held on September 17 in Seoul, the Minister of Health, Mustapha Ferjani, visited the Samsung Intelligent Hospital in the South Korean capital on Tuesday. The purpose of this visit was to support the Ministry of Health's digital hospital project, according to a statement from the ministry.
Strengthening Cooperation and Knowledge Sharing
This visit was an opportunity to strengthen cooperation in terms of knowledge, training, and experience sharing on artificial intelligence and telemedicine projects. The goal is to support the Ministry of Health's project and encourage research and innovation in the treatment of cancer, organ transplants, neurological therapies, and genomics.
Agreement for Future Partnership and Investment
An agreement was reached for a Samsung delegation to visit Tunisia soon to explore partnership and investment opportunities.
Meeting with South Korean Minister of Health
Notably, the Minister also met with the South Korean Minister of Health and Social Protection, Jeong Eun-kyeong, on Tuesday. This meeting aimed to further discuss potential collaborations and advancements in the healthcare sector between the two countries.
