Eight Years of Excellence in the Automotive Sector and a More Responsible Performance
Since 2018, the Golden Steering Wheels (Volants d'Or) have established themselves as the annual reference meeting for the automotive sector in Tunisia. The 8th edition, organized on February 6, 2026, in Tunis by tunisieauto.tn and ADCOM Agency, with our privileged partner TotalEnergies Marketing Tunisie, brought together all the actors in the sector around a common vision: automotive performance focused on sustainable mobility. Under the theme "Automotive Excellence at the Service of Sustainable Mobility," this edition illustrates the evolution of the sector, where performance now integrates environmental, social, and human criteria.
Two New Trophies to Accompany the Evolution of the Sector
As announced during the previous edition, two new distinctions were introduced this year to valorize the sustainable commitments of sector actors. The Golden Steering Wheel for Ecological Involvement rewards environmental initiatives related to electrification, energy efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, or recycling. The Golden Steering Wheel for CSR Commitment highlights projects with a human and social impact, including safety, inclusion, training, working conditions, and community involvement. These new categories enrich a list of winners that now includes nearly 200 awards since the creation of the Golden Steering Wheels.
A Grand Evening at the Service of the Automotive Sector
Organized on February 6, 2026, in Tunis, the ceremony brought together over 400 guests, representing brands, dealers, institutions, partners, and media. In total, 51 Golden Steering Wheel trophies were awarded to reward the performances, initiatives, and achievements of the year. The evening was opened by a welcome speech from the mistress of ceremonies, Zeineb Melki, accompanied by Mourad Bouzidi and Hedi Fahem Octet, whose musical performance gave the rhythm and sound identity to the event.
