Raoud City Center Project Reaches 30% Completion
The lotting works of the "Raoud City Center" project, supervised by the Real Estate Agency (AFH), have reached 30% completion to date, according to the latest information provided in February 2026.
Project Overview
The project, which covers a total area of 46.5 hectares, started in August 2025, and aims to develop a new residential and urban center in the Ariana region.
Progress Monitoring
The monitoring of progress was at the heart of a meeting held on Monday at the AFH headquarters, bringing together officials from the Ministry of Equipment and Housing responsible for supervising public infrastructure, under the presidency of Sami Khay, Director General of Planning, Cooperation, and Training of Officials. The meeting was attended by Rajeb Arroud, Chairman and CEO of AFH, as well as directors representing various administrations of the agency. This meeting aimed to strengthen coordination and cooperation between the supervisory authority and the establishments under its responsibility.
Project Update
AFH officials presented a detailed report on the progress of the works, followed by a visit to the project site "Raoud City Center", where the operational team presented the infrastructure being implemented and confirmed the 30% completion rate.
