Fidaa Foundation Holds Meetings with Regional Coordinators
The Fidaa Foundation held meetings on Thursday, October 23, and Friday, October 24, 2025, with its coordinators in various regions to follow up on the progress of granting benefits and rights provided by Decree No. 20 of 2022 at the regional level.
According to a statement from the Fidaa Foundation on Monday, October 27, 2025, the meeting discussed the progress of implementing the economic integration program and the completion of distributing social housing to its beneficiaries under the Special Social Housing Program. It also addressed the theme of preserving national memory, developing a unified approach for erecting commemorative monuments, and naming streets, alleys, and squares, as well as following up on ongoing situations. The preparation for the 15th anniversary of the Revolution of Freedom and Dignity was also discussed.
The statement indicates that, as of October 24, 2025, the regional committees reviewed 197 files of loan applicants under the economic integration program, with the aim of launching projects in various economic activities. These files are distributed between 53% for the benefit of victims of terrorist attacks and 47% for the benefit of the families of martyrs and wounded of the Revolution. The work of the committees is still ongoing in several regions.
In this regard, the participants emphasized the need to apply the criteria of the organizational note, especially since the requested credits exceeded the allocated credits, while agreeing that all requests will be studied at the central level, all at once, before the end of November 2025.
Regarding social housing, the study of the progress of establishing lists of beneficiaries in the governorates of Ariana, Manouba, and Monastir has been finalized, with a call to accelerate the procedures for handing over the keys. The follow-up of files related to improving housing in the governorates of Sfax and Kasserine was also ensured.
With regard to preserving national memory and erecting commemorative monuments, it was agreed to finalize the transmission of statistical tables related to this program to the Foundation. The opportunity allowed for an update on the progress of some ongoing projects in the governorates of Monastir and Zaghouan.
