Tunisian Housing Agency (AFH) Announces Public Auction of Plots in "Les Jardins de Carthage" Development
The Tunisian Housing Agency (AFH) has announced the organization of a public auction of several plots of land in the "Les Jardins de Carthage" development, specifically in the Aïn Zaghouan area. This operation is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
According to an official statement, these plots are intended for investors, real estate developers, and individuals looking to acquire properties for collective and semi-collective housing. Additionally, parcels reserved for equipment, as per the urban planning plans for the area, will also be offered.
The auction will take place at an El Menzah VII hotel, starting at 09:30.
It is worth noting that this initiative is part of the agency's commercial strategy to strengthen the real estate offer in urban areas with high economic dynamism. The goal is also to value the developed land reserves to meet the growing demand for structured housing and service infrastructure in the Greater Tunis area.
