Parliamentarians Announce New Budget Article

On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, on the sidelines of the joint meeting of the finance committees of the two legislative chambers, lawmakers announced that a new article has been added to the state budget for the 2025 fiscal year.

Key Provisions of the New Article

This new article provides for a gradual reduction of tax burdens on retirees. The initial wording of the text was amended following exchanges between the elected officials and the Minister of Finance.
