He highlighted that the absence of the deceased for two days without responding to calls led her colleagues to inform the Public Prosecutor's Office near the Sousse Court of First Instance on Monday evening, after which the necessary legal procedures were taken to verify the situation. In the presence of the Public Prosecutor, the head of the investigation, and judicial police officers, the home was entered, and the death of the colleague was confirmed. A judicial file has been opened to determine the causes of death.

He specified that the judicial investigations include acts of forensic medicine and other preliminary examinations to determine whether the death was natural or due to a criminal act, emphasizing that the medico-legal report is not yet finalized.
